giving each daily personal attention throughout construction to
ensure unsurpassed quality in every element of a home. Our
homes are found in Niceville, Valparaiso, Ft. Walton Beach, Mary
Esther, and South Walton county in the Panhandle of Florida.
Quality, cost-effectiveness, schedule compliance, and
customer satisfaction are unquestionable attributes of our
Company. We typically have only 1-2 projects underway at any
time allowing us to devote the attention required to build
custom homes. We maintain daily communication with our
customers to ensure all requirements are met and decisions
are made in a timely manner.
We build homes of all types, many with very unique
requirements. Recently, many of our projects have been
homes of off-grade construction, using wood and
concrete/masonary pilings. We build every home to meet the
unique requirements of coastal construction. Our renovations
have included projects ranging from kitchen renovations to
whole-house renovations and additions that have doubled
living space.
To achieve energy efficiency we consider the house as a
system where every part must be compatible with the others.
Design, insulation, passive, solar, windows, doors, and
mechanical systems must all work together in a
complementary fashion. Our customers are very pleased with
the energy efficiency and low utility bills. Cost of ownership is
more than initial cost and our total life-cycle cost approach
ensures the lowest cost possible.
